HSK Intensive Training Class helps Moi University students to realize their dream of studying in China

At local time January 25th, 2016, the first HSK Intensive Training Class offered by Confucius Institute at Moi University(CIMU) opened. The duration of the HSK Intensive Training Class will be eight weeks and a total of 30 students are enrolled in the class.

CIMU was jointly founded by Donghua University(DHU) and Moi University last March and DHU will receive Confucius Institute Scholarship (CIS) from Confucius Institute Headquarters and NOCFL for the first time this year. Although CIMU has been founded for less than a year and the Chinese level of Moi students is relatively low, they still have great passion for studying in China. On the basis of this situation, Chinese teachers at CIMU decided to offer HSK Intensive Training Class for those who have registered to take HSK. This class is designed and taught by teacher ZHOU Lei and is provided curriculum resources by other teachers. To have the Chinese level of students greatly improved in a short period and sufficient to apply for CIS, CIMU teachers provide centralized training classes at night, which requires 9 hours of meeting per week and is a challenge for both the teachers and students. The classes consist of several interlinked teaching units, namely preview, teaching classes, homework, review, weekly quizzes, specialized training and HSK practice tests.

With the joint efforts of CIMU teaches and students, Moi students will realize their dreams of studying in DHU, China!
